“Fabulous vacation.” Spent a week at the perfect getaway spot! The condo was beautiful and absolutely spotless, with every convenience you could possibly need. The pool was right outside the door, the beach 2 minutes away,and restaurants and shopping on Fifth avenue just 2 blocks away. We were met at the airport by the hosts and driven to the condo, as well as transported to Tulum and other sites and favorite local places to eat for a considerable savings to us . . . more money left to spend on Fifth avenue! I have recommended Casa Segobiano to three different groups who were also very pleased with their trip.

“Modern, clean and comfortable!” We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Playa del Carmen in March 2014! The Condo was modern and clean, esthetic and comfortable. The large pool, beautiful gardens and professional staff made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect: 5-8 minutes walk from the beach, the famous 5th avenue and vast selection of restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the Mega grocery store. “Great Location” Our stay at this condo was in the perfect location. One block to the beach ( not even ) and two blocks to 5th ave. The condo building is very secure, safe and quiet. The particular condo we stayed in was very clean and well set up with satellite TV, air conditioning, washer, a penthouse terrace and two balconies to relax and enjoy looking out over the pool area. The pool was a lovely area with sun in the morning and early afternoon as well as lots of mature trees for shade and lounging... although, we spent most of our days a short walk down the beach at Kool Beach Club. The condo is a short walk to 5th ave. with many amazing places to eat and shops to explore. The owner was wonderful. When we arrived she meet us herself and after discovering that one of the air conditioners wasn't working properly she immediately got someone to fix it. She was always available and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this condo for families or couples looking for a quiet place to stay but yet minutes to all the beach or 5th ave. action.

“home away from home in paradise” We saw this unit when our friends stayed last November. We were excited to book it to stay 10 days in April. “Perfect in every way!” We stayed here for a week and it couldn't have been better. The place is perfectly located - close enough to everything that you can walk to things, and far enough away to keep things quiet and remote-feeling. Rooftop patio is amazing, and the art work throughout the house makes everything feel special. The hosts go out of their way to fill the place with special touches. I would stay here again for sure.

“Highly recommended” We recently stayed at Holiday Penthouse condominium and it exceeded all of our expectation. It has modern furniture and tastefully decorated. Not to mentioned the private rooftop with lounge chairs, outdoor shower to cool down and a nice view of the ocean. The condo is centrally located in Playa del Carmen, just two blocks away from Mamitas beach and a block away from 5th Avenue where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and convenient stores. Myrna, the owner, was very helpful assisting us and responded to all our queries promptly. We're looking forward to come back again.

“Pretty Suite, lovely courtyard and great location.” We enjoyed our stay very much. The courtyard is lovely and because this suite is the only one on the ground floor, no one else seems to use it. It was perfect to sit out by the pool or the seating area off the dining room. It was private enough for us but it is an open design with only one shower-not an issue for us either. Small sink and toilet room upstairs. We did feel that the price is a little high. Playa del Carmen seems to be getting more expensive. It is located on a quiet street and we found parking on the side streets and only on the first night, we had to park 6 or so blocks away(it was a Friday evening).

“Truly an " Oasis " in Paradise...” My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this luxury residence for the entire month of February 2014. Condo is ideally located approximately 5 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from 5th avenue ( main pedestrian walkway), 2 blocks from both large grocery outlets, Mega and Walmart,and close to innumerable restaurants. Staff at the building were always friendly, courteous and obliging. The pool and huge lounging area are magnificent and we often had the pool to ourselves. This condo is fully equipped with all amenities required by either short term or long term residents. Having vacationed in Playa for the past 5 consecutive years, we would rank this condo right up there with the best Playa has to offer. Found the owner, Mike,to be a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly consider staying here again !! Thanks Mike !!

“Loveliest, most relaxing holiday we've had.” We arrived to a beautiful building surrounded by flowers, cactus, trees and scrubs. Our condo had a very private terrace just off the pool and we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee there every morning and wine in the evening. The Condo has everything you would have at home, there are even books in the book shelves. The bed was comfy, with a terrace off the bedroom, so air conditioning wasn't even used. The two bathrooms were a treat, and shower was wonderful.Having an ongoing supply of water was really nice so I made fresh lime water daily to have in the fridge. They thought of everything,a list of suggestions for shopping, restaurants, which we tried them all, and were great, and found new ones, but loved the Pirates" fish restaurant" around the corner to the right, and up the block The Generala, is fairly new, just to the left as you leave the gate in the next block., lovely lady Muriel to greet you Best pizza and pasta just a few blocks toward the beach.and don't forget the ice cream shop. Playa is such a fun place. Then to come home to the Arena Blanca after a day out and be greeted by Miguel, the night security was such a good feeling of total trust that everything would be wonderful in the morning., and it always was!! Nadia, the manager was there for all your requests, Louis, is the reason for the beauty and tranquility, Ester and the girls, make it a true vacation of relaxation. Our condo included everything and a roof top terrace which we both loved. A plunge pool to cool off in, have a beer in and enjoy the sun, and a palapa, with table and chairs, for the shade. A quiet place for just the two of us to sleep, read, suntan, and enjoy the surrounding beauty. We cant' wait to go back, as it was so hard to leave.....They made it an inviting home away from home. “Fantastic Playa del Carmen holiday” This vacation property allowed us to enjoy all that Playa had to offer. It is an easy walk to the beach, 5th ave shopping, and great restaurants. The streets around the property are clean, safe and the Development is gated. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, the pool cleaned daily. Our unit was complete with everything we needed for our meals, comfortable furniture, attractive bedding and decorations, with individual air conditioners in the rooms for the hot afternoons. Nice to relax on the balconies and enjoy the day, or stay inside with a cold one and watch a little TV. Sandra was excellent as well, attentive to our needs when we called, as well as helping us out with transportation to and from the Cancun airport. We will definitely be calling her again next year!
