Apartment of 55 sq m, on the first floor and on two levels. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. On the first floor there is a living room (Sat TV) with kitchen corner (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine), a double bedroom (160x190 large bed) and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a mansard double bedroom (160x190 large bed), fitted with air conditioning. Private terrace with view. Pets allowed.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, hair dryer, safe.
E-Car charging point on the property.
This tastefully renovated country house is located at 150 metres above sea level and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Versilia coast. It is located at 2,5 km from the town of Massa, where there are many shops and restaurants, and at only 7 Km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.
The house is efficiently equipped with all comforts and is perfect for families and couples alike, providing independent units and apartments of different sizes and spaces, which offer clients complete privacy from other guests.
At guest's disposal a swimming pool (12x4, open from May to October) set in a position with view over the coast, terraced area, barbecue, table tennis table, wine and olive oil tasting, a washing machine, internet Wi-Fi connection, car park with E-Car charging station.
At only 1,5 km, there is also the San Carlo Spa centre, where the mineral waters will provide guests with a healthy experience. Nearby, on the Apuan Alps, there are instead for the sports tourist many trekking routes.
Thanks to its perfect and charming location, this holiday home is ideal for all guests who want to relax, far, but not too much, from the madding crowd of the Versilia coast. Easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, as well as Cinque Terre.
The holiday home is surrounded by an olive grove, lemon trees and bougainvilleas and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean sea, giving the guest the impression of embracing with just one glance the fabulous panorama of Versilia stretching from Massa's Castello Malaspina to the Ligurian sea resort of Porto Venere, gateway to the Cinque Terre, and from Massa to Forte Dei Marmi.
During the high season the owner will be delighted to bake pizza for all guests, to be served at the swimming pool terrace.
