This traditional Tuscany house,completely renewed recently,surrounded by olive trees ,is located just a few minutes drive from the beautiful Verisian sea (Tuscany seaside area at 10 min drive),only 20 minutes drive from the old town of Lucca surrounded by the famous brick walls,and just 20 minutes from Pisa where you can visit the famous leaning tower.Less than 1 hour from Florence (80 km far) the cradle of the Renaissance.Other cities very close to the villa are Forte dei Marmi (15 min drive) famous as a shopping spot for the most prestigious Italian fashion brands.Pietrasanta (10 min drive) named also the small Athen for the presence of many artists who decided to leave and produce in this ancient wonder place.Torre del Lago,ancient residence of the famous opera composer Giacomo Puccini where along summer you can enjoy his operas in the evocative theater on the lake during the Puccini International Festival.Carrara is only 20 min drive where you can visit the famous marble quarries.2 international airports are located very close:Pisa just 25 min. drive and Florence just 50 min. drive.This villa,expertly restored from the owners,is developed on 3 floors with a large terrace made of bricks from where you can enjoy the beautiful view on the Tirreno sea and when the sky is clear you can also see from there the main Italian and French islands of Sardegna and Corsica.
