Description

Lavender Blue is a lovely detached cottage with private parking and enclosed garden right in the centre of Melrose and within 2 minutes walking distance from shops, cafes and bars. The River Tweed is a five minute walk with many historic abbeys, homes and areas of interest a short car drive away. This is an area of stunning scenery , peace and tranquillity but with the buzz of a busy country town.

Lavender Blue is suitable for families , couples, golfers and fishing parties.

The super King bed can be split into singles if preferred , please ask.

The toilet is down stairs and family bathroom with shower over bath is upstairs .

Just what we hoped for,warm and comfortable ,clean and dog friendly enclosed garden.Very central to the lovely town of Melrose. but in a quiet location.. Not a slippery leather sofa in sight,traditional furniture. Could not ask for more,thank you Laura ,you have thought of everything and more. J K North Yorkshire.
