Ladyknowe Apartment started offering accommodation to guests in Autumn 2009.

We offer a one bedroom apartment fully furnished to a high standard. This comfortable and fully furnished apartment is a 2 minute walk from the bustling, attractive Moffat High Street with quaint individual shops and cafes. Alternatively, a similar length of walk in the opposite direction will bring you to the town's colourful Station Park with gardens, boating pond and putting green.

Nestling amidst the beautiful Moffat hills where the scenic Annan and Moffat Water valleys meet below the "Devils Beef Tub" - a stay here is a must.

The main A701 tourist route to the capital city of Edinburgh passes through the attractive double carriageway High Street. Situated only minutes from the M74 running from Carlisle (and connecting to the M6) in the South and to Glasgow in the North.

The apartment's bedroom can be configured as a double bed or two single beds. The living room hosts a deluxe sofa bed to sleep a further two guests, when required. A remote control flat screen TV with satellite TV channels and DVD player are also installed. A small library of books and DVDs to suit all tastes are also provided free of charge for you to use during your stay.

The apartment is fully furnished with bed linen, towels and all kitchen crockery, utensils and cutlery. The kitchen hosts newly fitted kitchen units and worktops with gas hob, electric oven, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom has a bath and electric shower (over the bath). Whilst the bedroom is furnished with bedside lamps and a digital alarm clock radio.

Double glazing and gas central heating are installed throughout. An efficient combi-boiler for instant hot water day or night. Allocated off-street private resident's parking.

Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided for your arrival and free luxury toiletries await for you to relax in the bathroom. All bed linen, towels, electricity and gas are included in the daily rate.

Wi-Fi now available for £10 additional charge per stay, payable on arrival.

Check in from 2pm to 9pm. Check out 10am (late checkout available till 12noon at a £10 additional charge per stay, payable on arrival).

“First rate friendly reception and central location”

First visit back to Moffat for many many tears and apartment was great for what we wanted. Good restaurants nearby and lots of walks to do.

If Iain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
