Description

These beautiful holiday accommodations are located in a quiet area just 7km from Montepulciano, a splendid medieval town of the Val di Chiana. Nearest village, Acquaviva, is ca. 1.5km away, where one can find shops, a supermarket and restaurants.

Two bedrooms apartment for 5 people: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, Sat-Tv, kitchen corner, one bathroom with shower (hairdryer). Ca 55 sq.m. Ground or first floor (terrace or balcony on request). Air-conditioning and Internet access

Rental Conditions

quote includes : gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels, sat tv, final cleaning and heating.

Not included and to be paid on Location : Damage deposit (refundable) € 150. Tourism tax € 1.00 per person per night, air conditioning € 9/day- washing machine usage € 5, pet allowed € 60, breakfast buffet: € 9/person.

The property consists of 2 self catering farmhouses, within 900 meters of each other, with a total of 30 apartments. Completely restored in the typical Tuscan style, these holiday apartments are very comfortable. Each farmhouse has its own swimming pool (16x8, open middle Apr-middle Oct) and a beautiful large garden, barbecue. Pets are welcome. In one of the property there is a reception with sale of local products (internet wi-fi access free at reception), as well as wine and olive oil, a large room for Pizza dinner during the week organized by the owner, a laundry room and bicycles are at guest's disposal for free (on availability).

Nearby are other small towns, full of charm and art: Montalcino (40m), Pienza (18km) and San Quirico d'Orcia, to mention a few. Not far away Chianciano Terme and Siena (50km) and further north Florence 110 km. The perfect place to relax surrounded by the restful panoramic hills savouring excellent wines
