In una posizione unica, nel punto più alto del borgo di Montepulciano, confinante con la Fortezza Medicea risalente al 1261 e ad un passo da Piazza Grande sorge IL GIARDINO DELLA FORTEZZA un appartamento in stile toscano con una splendida e panoramica vista su tutta la val di Chiana, dal lago Trasimeno a Cortona fino agli appennini marchigiani. Ospitata al piano terreno di una villetta edificata sulle fondamenta di una antica abitazione locale, la casa dispone di un salone che si apre su un grazioso giardino privato adiacente ai giardini pubblici della Fortezza, una equipaggiata cucina su misura, due eleganti e confortevoli camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno.
Le due camere sono caratterizzate da arredi unici in stile antico. Una vanta soffitti con travi di legno a vista, affaccio sulla val di Chiana e bagno privato con doccia. L’altra di una vista interna su giardini privati locali e di un bagno en suite con doccia.
Il salone che si apre sul giardino riservato è dotato di un comodo divano letto, una tv a schermo piatto e un ampio tavolo da pranzo.
Il giardino, più unico che raro all’interno delle mura medievali, è provvisto di una comoda zona pranzo dove poter assaporare un calice di vino locale.
Inoltre è presente un posto auto interno, introvabile e singolare, con comodo accesso tramite cancello automatico.
L’appartamento dispone di tv a schermo piatto con antenna satellitare, connessione wi-fi gratuita lavastoviglie, frigorifero, asciugacapelli, bollitore, tostapane, forno elettrico e forno microonde.
Negozi, ristoranti, cantine storiche, la meravigliosa Piazza Grande, tutto ė a portata di mano.
