See my website for full details of apartment Cottage is the only holiday let on the groundsThe cottage sleeps 3 people comfortably. It has one large bedroom, one double bed and one single bed.It has a kitchen , dining cum sitting room with an open fireplace. Toilet and shower area located just off sitting room. The kitchen has a gas/electric cooker, coffee maker, microwave, kettle amd toaster. Small T.V. and music centre. Hair dryer and clothes dryer available. Washing machine and dryer located in adjacent garage area. Patio area adjacent to cottage with view of lake..Located within 4 minutes walk from Knockaphort harbour on Lough Derg where one can see Holy Island. WoodPark golf course and pitch /putt course 5 min. walk. WoodPark amenity park 5 min.walk. Village of Mountshannon approx.1 mile. Owner is a qualified massage therapist I.T.E.C. Swedish and Aromatherapy massage available as well as Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage , Indian Head Shirodhara and Tantra .Walk and runs can be organised locally.
New for 2013. If group size is greater than 3.I have an additional room available in adjacent house [ 2 min.walk] This room can accomodate 1-2 guests sharing. Prices for this room are €30 per night for 1 guest/ €40 for 2 guests sharing October to April. €33/ €43 per night May & September, €35 / €45 per night June to August.
