Located in a well established quiet area of Jones Estate, this newly painted villa has mature private gardens, a plunge pool, sundeck and a fully screened veranda with a living area that boasts views from the front over the Caribbean sea to St Kitts with magnificent sunsets. Rear views are to the majestic Nevis Peak. Why not relax and watch the Humming birds and monkeys who are regular visitors or spend the hours sleepily sun bathing – the ultimate relaxation.

Close proximity to the great dining spots on the Island and one of the best beaches on Nevis, Oualie Beach.

Long Term Occupancy -

1. Rental for 4 Weeks - $3,500US;

2. Electric, Water are charged as extras;

3. Internet cost for period of occupancy;

4. Rental based on occupancy for 2 persons only. Any additional guests at the rate of $500pw per person per week or part week.
