This is a full 3 bedroom 2 bath home with the possibility of combining the attached guest quarters and creating a 4 bedroom 2 bathl (Note: pricing is for 3 bed/3 bath only, for the 4th bedroom, please add an additional $125 low season and $175 high season per week.

This private and fully air conditioned property has the absolute atmosphere of sophisticated Caribbean interior merging with modern designs and architecture. This villa is completely tiled with local flare Caribbean tiles offering spacious bright and friendly areas with all screened sliding door units leading to your INCREDIBLE TROPICAL GARDEN/INGROUND POOL There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, stove and oven, a blender and a mixer. There are multiple kitchen cabinets equipped with numerous kitchenware such as pots, pans, numerous plates, silverware, serving dishes, wine glasses, waiting to prepare those delicious cocktails for a lazy day at home or entertaining your loved ones at the indoor or outdoor dining areas.! From the living/dining area, there are FULL WALL sliding doors opens to a large covered deck, so that every time you can find either a sunny or shady area sheltered from the winds perfect for reading or entertaining.
