This 3 bedroom Villa Swiss Paradise 3 features stylish and luxury finishes. Fully air-conditioned, this villa contains a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, double door fridge and a dining table for 8 persons. The 3 bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with rain shower and hot water. On of this bedrooms is located at a Gallery above the living room and contains of two king size beds and comfortably accommodates 8 Adults. Colored glass sliding doors connect the pool side terrace to the Las Vegas-style shared fresh water swimming pool with waterfall. Private garden in Front of the Villa with ptivate entrance from the street - private Barbecue private Hot Tube from Dr. Wellness - for 6 -8 pax - gives you a really meditteran vacation feeling.

At this Villa you can enjoy your privacy at your garden or Spa and you have also the Advantage of the large L-shaped pool with waterfall.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
