Description
This magnificent holiday appartment is beautiful presented and is situated close to the town centre, the golf courses and fine walks along East Lothian costline .The property offers bright and spacious accomodation with retained period detail predominatly over 2 levels, from a private entrance on the ground floor . We have 5 bedrooms two of them are double , two of them could be twin or super king size bed and the last one had 2 single beds . We have a family bathroom on the first floor a large bedroom with an en-suite and shower room on the second floor with a separate toilet . Plenty of free street parking unfortunately no private parking available.

“Superb accommodation at East Sands.”
Had a wonderful week at East Sands Holiday Accommodation. The house was exactly what we were looking for. We were a family of 10 and there was room and more for everyone. Well appointed and Leonora's little extra touches of Prosecco, home baking and chocolate bunnies for the children were a lovely surprise. Great location too, right on the beach. Highly recommend it.

“Fabulous”
Loved this house, fab location. Beach on the doorstep and 5 minutes to the lovely high street. Well equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms and very dog friendly. Ours loved sitting in the bay window watching the waves Easy access to Edinburgh on the train within in 30 minutes. Wish we could have stayed longer.

“Scottish Seaside Stay”
This turned out to be the perfect place for a large family gathering with 4 generations to stay at the seaside. We enjoyed the fact the apartment was well presented and generously proportioned. There was plenty of room to eat together at the dining table. The bedrooms were all a good size and as the accommodation was over 2 floors it felt more like a house. The baby’s pram could be left behind the door at the main entrance but there was also room in the apartment for it. The east bay beach was across the road and the town of North Berwick is a lovely place to be. Lorena provides an ideal property to enjoy it.
