This beautiful, sought-after ground floor, golf & beach house apartment centrally is located on Westgate, near local coffee bars and just beyond the High Street. It is a mere hop, skip and a jump from the West Beach and a "stinger" four iron from the First Tee of famous, historic North Berwick West Links.

This is a great spot for all sports enthusiasts:- cyclists, yoga lovers, surfers, yachtsmen, golfers, tennis players & fishermen.

Walk to the Seabird centre, old harbour, beaches and the high street with its many shops, cafes and restaurants.

North Berwick has hosted national sailing championships frequently in several classes, whilst the West Putting Green is a firm family favourite, and a 'must do' on your list.

Early season:- A base for Rugby enthusiasts for RBS 6 Nations Rugby fixtures.

Enjoy Winter, Easter and Summer and Fall breaks for a plethora of Scotland's best golf courses.

If golfing just 250 yards away is North Berwick's West Links and, around the corner, walk to the nearby West Putting Green signalled by a statue of the famous Ben Sayers.

For Edinburgh: a 5 minute walk takes you to North Berwick Railway station and the main bus stop at Abbey Church is approx. 200 yards away too. So the apartment is ideal for Edinburgh and all travel destinations.

A Victorian built lodge (affectionately "Fraser's", named after the owner) is great for golfers, beach & sea lovers and Edinburgh itself.

Enjoy several local high street restaurants, choosing from a range of international cuisine - Italian to Chinese to Indian and Thai restaurants, not forgetting great Scottish fayre.

Golfers staying here have have easy access to not only both North Berwick courses, but other Championship venues at Archerfield, Renaissance and Gullane (both Scottish Open venues) and of course, Muirfield, (British Open Golf fame).

North Berwick has become a favourite of Winter Golfers from around Europe & The US & Canada. The West Links is a great location for golfers from Sweden, Norway and Germany in particular, because of the easy transport network by plane or ferry. North Berwick also enjoys one of the driest climates in Scotland with its own micro-climate. It can rain in Edinburgh yet be blue sky in North Berwick. With its pure fresh air, you are guaranteed to eat and sleep well.

Gordon will welcome you. Arrive and park outside on Westgate or to the rear in private parking, walk up path between manicured lawns to enter the imposing large ground floor apartment through its impressive traditional central doorway.

You will be warmly greeted by Gordon with complimentary traditional Scottish refreshments who will, if you fancy, offer you a "wee nip" on arrival as he guides you around.

So Welcome ! Now kick off boots, beach or golf shoes in the porch and proceed into the bright, large hallway.

Choose your bedroom, meet up in the warmest of Victorian period sitting rooms with real stove 12kw multi-fuel fire and large bay window offering Firth of Forth sea views.

Getting around

Walk with ease to first tee at North Berwick West Links, shops, beach and restaurants and cafes. The Railway station to Edinburgh is literally a 5 minute walk away.

You will be met upon arrival by Gordon and shown how all facilities work whilst you enjoy a customary "wee dram". Wood for Fire and Coffee and Welcome Refreshments provided.
