20 Minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, our 8TH FLOOR LUXURY VILLA MAGNA CONDOMINIUM overlooks one of the largest stretches of beach in Nuevo Vallarta.
Our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condominium is just a short 15 minute ride from the airport and 25 minutes from the center of Puerto Vallarta.
Situated where the jungle meets the sea along Banderas Bay, our condominium provides stunning views to Punta de Mita to the North and Mismaloya to the South. It is one of the largest condominiums in the new Villa Magna development, with over 2,300 square feet of living space, including a large patio, where you can watch the world go by.
The Villa Magna Development has three condominium towers and is anchored by the VILLA MAGNA DREAMS HOTEL. As a guest of a condo owner, you are able to use all the common facilities of the property and hotel free of charge. If you wish, you can use the hotel restaurants 'a la carte' or purchase a 24 hour all inclusive pass. The hotel has has five restaurants, spa, bars, and numerous activities available to you.
All four bedrooms have spectacular views. There are two master bedrooms, both with king sized beds, a third with twin beds and the fourth has a twin bed with a trundle. All the beds are pillow top with box spring mattresses. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and separate air conditioning unit. There is a full-sized designer kitchen with granite counter tops and a large dining/living area, all with sweeping views of the Bay. The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels, utensils, appliances and a full sized washer and dryer. In the living room we have a 42' flat screen television where you can enjoy SKY Digital TV. The condo also has its own high speed internet connection.
We would love you to stay at our condominium; you will think you have arrived in paradise as soon as you step in and see the view. Our bi-lingual property manager lives nearby and will assist with any questions/concerns you might have during your stay. Prior to your visit, we can give you advice on vacation planning.
