Listen to the ocean waves from one of the largest covered patios in the Delcanto resort overlooking Banderas Bay from the 9th floor of the brand new building closest to the beach. Top quality patio furnishings include a love seat and two chairs with coffee tables, and a solid marble round table that could seat 8. Enjoy the morning sun, afternoon and evening shade, and breathtaking sunsets from the South facing unit. Watch fireworks from neighboring resorts.

The master suite boasts a king bed and Sealy Posturepedic Beauty rest mattress for a wonderful night sleep. Beautifully furnished including a 42' TV and Apple TV unit for watching movies or your favorite TV show using your iTunes account. Ensuite includes double sinks with private shower joining to a large walk in closet that is equipped with a safe for your precious belongings.

The second bedroom also has a king bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Beauty rest mattress. This Mexican themed room also overlooks the Beautiful Banderas Bay and beach with rolling mountains in the distance. Behind the credenza doors is a 42' Panasonic TV with Apply TV.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and single up top both with comfortable Sealy mattresses.

Relax in on one of two full size recliner leather couches watching your 55' LCD Samsung TV enhanced with a Bose Lifestyle II surround sound system or have bundles of fun playing the Xbox Kinect controller-less video game console. Shaw satellite is provided as well as Apple TV for your viewing enjoyment.

Wireless high speed internet is available exclusive to your rental.

The kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for 8 and all cooking tools (Pots, pans, utensils, bowls, serving plates, blender, toaster, coffee maker...). The unit has its own ultraviolet water filtration system servicing both the sink and fridge so you don't have to lug jugs of water from the grocery store and you can enjoy fresh ice for those Margaritas.
