This Golfers retreat unit is located just a short 10 minute walk from the world famous El Tigre golf course as well as many others in the surrounding area. Flamingos Golf course is a short 15 minutes by golf cart or car. This 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo is wonderfully located in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta and offers an unobstructed view of tropical vegetation extending east to the Sierra Madre Mountains. This quiet unit in the newly furnished in the modern 3.14 Living Condo building is just 3 blocks from Banderas Bay’s best beach.

Enjoy the unit's Modern Mexican architecture, quality finish work, and floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows in both the master bedroom and living room. Decor includes beige tile flooring throughout; beige Venetian tile and granite counter top in the bath with Asian style sink; large walk in shower with 9mm tempered glass on two sides; and granite counter top in the kitchen contrasting with modern bright red style cabinetry. Recessed lighting is found throughout the condo with wall-mounted light fixtures in the bath.
