Fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condominium with unmatched 180+ degree views of the ocean AND the bay. KITCHEN was recently renovated and pretty slick! The Century 1 is Ocean City's tallest building and this is an end unit! The Century 1, located at 99th Street and the ocean, is a favorite destination among many OC beach goers. Lobby was recently renovated and is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!!! You won't forget time spent on the balconies of this unit watching the sun rise over the ocean and set over the bay, whether you are enjoying happy hour or relishing a candleight dinner. You will be surrounded with all the modern day conveniences anyone could want! Fully stocked kitchen, dish washer, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee pot, lots of plates and glasses, and internet access, 2 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD player,CD/cassette tape deck stereo, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full futon sofas, 2 full baths, and lots of comfy furniture to either snooze in, read a good book, converse with friends or watch the newest release. Brand new A/C and Heat for 2017! Linens and towels can be rented (for an additional fee) upon request.

If you haven't been to the Century, you are in for a treat! Imagine a townhouse within an apartment building! And, unlike any property in OC, you have unobstructed views of BOTH the ocean AND the bay!

You will understand why the elevator does not stop at every floor at the building after the following explanation....You enter the unit from the 16th floor, staircase to your right when you enter, straight ahead is the downstairs bedroom right in front of you with Queen bed and futon sofa, small television, a complete wall of glass with a magnificent view of the bay, a small balcony accessible from the bedroom and a private bath that includes a tub/shower combination and large vanity countertop. Very private for those who may want to enjoy some "alone time."

Travel up the stairs and you will see a bedroom, similar to the one below with the same views of the bay, just one floor higher, a Queen bed, and another private bath with a large walk in shower, another large vanity with ample storage and lots of bright lights and mirrors, just like the bath below.

Walk towards the ocean and you will see the stacked washer and dryer behind the louvered bi-folds and you will walk through the galley kitchen which includes quartz counter tops, open shelves, range, microwave, dishwasher and oversized deep kitchen sink with pull-out faucet, task lighting and decorative lighting pendants over the breakfast bar which also includes two stools and a secondary eating area, open shelves for easy access and ample storage and subway tile from counter top to ceiling for a pristine appearance and easy clean-up. Table will seat 6 comfortably and two additional chairs are located in the great room for supplemental seating.

The great room features a wall mounted flat screen TV, VCR and DVD player and home stereo unit, lots of books for engrossing beach reading, games, futon, recreational seating, rocking chairs and room to spread out.

The balcony overlooking the ocean includes a wicker settee and two chairs as well as two rocking chairs and a small side table. Unquestionably our favorite place to hang out, welcome a beach day early morning, take lunch, unwind after a grueling day at the beach with cocktails or take a moment of solace watching the stars and listen to the waves crashing on the beach before heading off to bed......

The home is within walking distance to Acme market, shopping, churches, restaurants, Rose's, bars, just about everything you could want or need!

Although the building fee during the summer months includes one onsite parking spot, additional spaces can be purchased on site, or more affordably within a very short walk at the municipal lot across the street.

From September to early May, when the onsite indoor pool is closed, free passes are available to the indoor pool (and restaurant/bar) adjacent to the Century Building in the Clarion.

Also onsite is the state of art exercise facility, and available to you free of charge when staying with us, on the ground level. Use the tread mill or elliptical with fabulous views of the ocean and dunes while you work out! Showers, sauna and plenty of fresh towels.
