Condo is in excellent condition with NEW paint, NEW King bed in Master Bedroom, NEW flooring, Living room furniture, Granite Kitchen counter top, and updated bathrooms. There is also a Laundry Room with a Full Size Washer & Dryer. It is within walking distance to Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's, Dumser's, Johnny's Pizza, and the OC Brewing Company.
