Description

The unit is on the 7th floor of the Gateway Grand (2 48th street, Ocean City). It offers a spectacular ocean and bay view from the private balcony. Balcony furniture is included.

Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped! It has granite counters, a large island with 3 chairs and a wine refrigerator. There is also a full sized refrigerator in the kitchen. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected together in a wide open area.

The living room features a large flat screen TV, BluRay DVD player. The large sofa in the living room converts to a queen sleep sofa. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a DVD player. It has a luxurious private bath that is equipped with jacuzzi, maple shower with two shower head and granite vanity with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a full and a twin bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. A full bath with shower and glass door is located in the hall next to the 3rd bedroom. The unit has a laundry room with large washer and dryer.

RENTER HAS TO BE 21 OR OLDER TO RENT THE UNIT. . Minimum 3 nights to rent off season. Rent weekly Saturday to Saturday between mid-May to mid-September, no exception!

Our unit offers a spectacular ocean and bay view from the private balcony. We love to see the city at night from our unit. Cable TV and wireless high-speed internet access provided. For your convenience, the unit provides hair dryers, iron, ironing board, foil, plastic wrap, hand soap, 'starter' toilet paper, facial tissue, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish wash soap, and trash can liner.

RENTER HAS TO BE 21 OR OLDER TO RENT THE UNIT. Each rental will come with 2 fobs. They will be mailed to your home within 5-7 days before check in date. Storage with some beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, beach cart and beach toys) will be provided with rental. Gateway Grand charges $106/2 temporary parking passes for entire stay in 2022 ($96 in 2021, pay at check in, not cover with rent). Renters have to agree to pay owner directly local rental tax 5%, $150 administration fee and refundable damage deposit $350 after booking online. Trip Advisor will collect 6% state tax. Refundable damage deposit will be refunded with no damage after receiving keys and fobs back.
