Description

This single family home is located in mid town ocean city, on the water, you are right off the rt 90 bridge, convenient location to beach, grocery store, nightlife and bayside dining. This awesome property is spacious, clean and fun to stay in, It has a 50' waterfront deck to enjoy the views, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds one with a twin, and a queen size sleeper. There’s new tile in the entry/dining and kitchen and living room areas it has an open floor plan and a modern decor, new upstairs bathroom , new kitchen design. All new cooking supplies, and there are even sand chairs!! This house is the best place to stay!!

You can easily get around Ocean City with your car, if you prefer public transportation, it is available, there is a bus that goes up and down Coastal Hwy 24/7. And picks up right at the end of the street.

Response from the manager Sorry you feel that way and you are sadly mistaken, the house has a ring doorbell on the front porch that is all, the only place we see anything is the front porch !! So you are drawing conclusions and have no idea what you are talking about, I discussed the rules of the house before you booked at that time you said you owned beach property and were very understanding of my rules, I do not monitor the house constantly and the thermostat was kept at that temp so it did not freeze. Simple lesson on AC units if you turn them down to 60 you will freeze the unit and have no AC at all. I was just informing him of what would happen. Your son had extra guests all week anyway, So why you are complaining is beyond me!! Obviously you just want to complain!!! Your son seemed like a very nice young man. I had a conversation with you before you booked and told you then that there were no extra guests allowed .

Keep in mind that house is “Deep” cleaned every couple weeks, with all the movement and in and outs we make every attempt humanly possible to not only offer a beautiful property but a well maintained property. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
