Description
The property is just steps to the beach and is typically for family and mature adult gatherings. Due to COVID we are renting strictly to families. We do not rent to HS seniors. This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths sleeps 15 people comfortably. The outside offers off street parking for 5 to 6 cars, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a screened porch on the front of the house with tables and chairs.
The inside has a very large open room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. This great room is so large there are two dining room tables that seat 8. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.
There is a separate large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and much open space to make this home a comfortable and relaxing retreat. There is cable TV with every premium channel as well as FREE WI-FI. This property is available for summer weekly rentals and also available for weekly, weekend rentals in the off season. We do not allow pets so as not to aggravate those who may suffer from pet allergies.

Response from the owner We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home and after 25 years of renting, this is the first complaint for such an issue. Additionally, in all these years of ownership, we can count on one hand of five fingers the times that we have withheld a portion of the security deposit for legitimate reasons. Our policy is for guests to report any problems that they might find, to include cleanliness, and we respond immediately. We also stipulate in the lease that the guests abide by the simple rules of the house which keep it safe and in good repair. We are beginning our third year with tripadvisor and, once we started collecting reviews, this is the first unsatisfied customer. We have repeat customers who have been with us since we opened. We are very sorry that you were unhappy with your stay.
