There is not a comparable downtown residential building with such elegance and quality.

The 1000 sq ft 2B 2BA apartment is located in a beautifully restored 1921 landmark registered hotel.

Building amenities including secure building, elevator access, elevator access, gated and covered parking. There is one parking space provided.Additional parking on the street.

Our apartment has large windows, gorgeous hardwood floors, granite countertops, updated fixtures, appliances and a downtown luxury feel! Spacious with a curated modern mix of furnishings in a vintage backdrop.

Comfortably sleeps four with 2 bedrooms (one king and 1 queen), two vintage inspired bathrooms with lots of storage.

Apartment amenities include an ensuite washer/dryer, extra closet and storage space, all bills paid, incl. Cable and WiFi

Guests will have access to entire apartment and amenities. Also the small gym off the lobby. There is a courtyard between buildings that has a gas grill and is available for your use as well.

We are on-site during your stay. Just call or text with any needs that arise! We will leave a hard copy guidebook with a detailed list of all the amazing restaurants and entertainment in the area, most within walking distance or a short Uber drive from the property!

Uber fares are generally very quick to respond and in general average $6 a ride. Spokies bikes are available to rent, and the OKC bus station is about six blocks away. Easy breezy getting around town.

Perfect for FAA, commuting executives or work transfers, contractual experts.

Our new Downtown Streetcar went into service last year . The closest stop from the Sieber is one block south.

House rules

We own The Sieber, we finished a total renovation of the 1929 hotel late 2008. We have 38 apartments and a few are reserved for short term furnished stays.
We do not allow parties, smoking or firearms. We have an extremely secure building in order to protect our tenants and guests.
