The condo association requires that guests must be 25 years old to book.
This is a non=smoking building, including balcony. ( Evidence of smoking will result in forfeit of deposit and eviction.) NO PETS-They check! No parties/events allowed. I will email you a personal lockbox code to open the front door using the keypad attached to door. Must purchase parking permit and display on dash or tire will be booted so that car cannot be moved until permit purchased.
