Phoenix X 1517 is 5 bedroom 4.5 bath Gulf Front condo that sleeps up to 15

Phoenix 10 1517 is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Penthouse condo on the eastern corner, overlooking The FloraBama. The condo boasts 2 private balconies. There is a large wrap around balcony that is accessed from the living room and dining area, and then the Master bedroom has its own private balcony!

Upon entering the condo you will notice a guest bedroom on your left and right. The guest bedroom on the left has a Twin and a Double bed with a flat screen TV and also a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Guest bedroom on the right also has a private bathroom with a sit down Jacuzzi tub with a Queen bed and a flat screen TV. Going further down the hallway, the next room is the utility room that has a top loading washer and dryer. The kitchen features a stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, wine cooler, a double sink, and it also has gorgeous real wood cabinetry. There is also a bar area that can seat 4.

To the east side of the condo is the dining area consisting of wet bar that has a mini refrigerator, an ice maker, and a sink area. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and offers great views from the ceiling to floor windows. Past the dining area are several sliding doors that open up to the private, wrap around corner balcony. The living room is also on the Gulf side of the condo and offers spectacular views. There are 2 sleeper sofas, a love seat, and also a recliner in the living room. Enjoy watching games or movies on the large flat screen TV. The TV in the living room also has a DVD player and is wired for surround sound.

To the west side of the condo there is another hallway that leads to 2 additional guest bedrooms and a half bathroom. The first room you come to is the common area half bath. The first bedroom you come to is a large bedroom with a Queen bed, a large closet, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and it also has a private entrance if needed. Just past this bedroom is the last guest bedroom that has Twin over Twin bunks. This bedroom does not have a private bathroom or TV. After you turn left at the hallway off of the living room and you will find the very spacious Master bedroom. Consisting of a sitting area when you first enter. This bedroom has a large flat screen TV and a King bed. Floor to ceiling windows run the entire length of the bedroom and it has its own private balcony. This bedroom also has a full private bathroom that has a double vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower area.
