In the district of Place de la Nation, 10 min. Gare de Lyon, well served by public transport (underground lines 1, 2, 6, 9, RER and many bus lines and stations of Vélib), you’ll stay in our apartment of a building terrace located on the 5th floor and top floor in the heart of Paris.
Go through the door, we will be there to welcome you to introduce you to the area dedicated to our guests.
Cozy interior with wooden floors, comfortable bed. Ensuite bathroom to the bedroom is for you. You can enjoy the nice weather the terrace with direct access from your room.
Side Guests can spend a relaxing time alone or with the owners of the premises. TV, video player, computer with free wifi.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
