2 bright and clear rooms apartment located on the 4th floor (without elevator).
Easily accessible : the apartment is a two-minutes walk from the METRO/RER/BUS station Châtelet-Les-Halles. Perfect location for both business (wo)men and tourists who want to visit Paris.
On your doorstep : The Seine with the famous antiquarian booksellers, the Louvres, Modern Art Museum Pompidou, Notre-Dame de Paris. You are in the heart of the historical part of Paris.
Bright and clear apartment including a living-room, an american open kitchen, bathroom separeted from the WC and one bedroom on the interior courtyard's side very calm and quiet.
This apartment can contain up to 6 persons : 2 side-to-side beds in the bedrooms and 2 sofa beds 2 persons in the living-room.
You won't need to clean up the flat at the end of the stay, our cleaning staff will handle it, obviously without any additional payment.

“en français ce serait plus facile!!!!!”
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Fabienne,elle nous a donné un plan de Paris avec toutes les explications que nous lui avons demandées. L'appartement est super bien situé. L'intérieur est simple mais fonctionnel. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré n'est pas lié à Fabienne et à son entourage mais au café concert en face de l'appartement qui a déversé à 02 heures du matin une foule de jeunes complètement éméchés et qui ont continué à faire du bruit jusqu'à 05 heures du matin, criant,chantant et vociférant de plus belle!!!!!!Ce n'était pas un samedi soir mais un mercredi soir.Je plains les habitants qui eux subissent ces dérangements apparemment régulièrement...,renseignements pris auprès des commerçants le lendemain matin.Il serait peut-être bien que la mairie s'en préoccupe afin que ces nuisances cessent.

Response from the manager Bonjour Je vous remercie pour votre avis . Nous nous sommes rapprochés du café en question pour savoir ce qui c'était passé ce mercredi soir. Le dirigeant du café nous a dit que c'était une soirée d'étudiants Erazmus. Ils ont eu également beaucoup de problèmes avec cette clientèle et ils ne referont pas de soirée avec eux. Le fait que nos appartements sont en plein centre de Paris à beaucoup d'avantages mais nous devons rester vigilant sur les inconvénients, notamment le bruit nocturne. Nous allons remplacer rapidement nos doubles vitrages par des plus performants. La commande a été passée, ils seront donc installé courant avril 2017. Je vous remercie pour vos remarques qui nous aident à avancer . Notre but étant de rendre notre endroit le plus accueillant et le plus confortable possible pour nos voyageurs. A une prochaine fois Cordialement
