Located between the vast La Villette Park and the romantic Buttes-Chaumont Park

Beautiful and spacious 72sq.m apartment on the first floor. It is peaceful and sunny. You will find a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. It is very functional with an equipped kitchen and all the comfort. You will also enjoy of an elevator, a private garage ( optional for 20 euros per night ) and a concierge.

It is perfect for families up to 6 people. The rates indicated are for 4 persons. 25 euros more for each additional person up to 6 persons.

Supplemental rates: 20 euros for check - in or check - out on week-end; 20 euros for late check - in or check-out after 19h.

The apartment is located in a modern and very well maintained residence in a small and peaceful street. The man who is going to welcome you is very helpful and can give you important information about Paris.

There is a farmers market twice a week. Many attractions and different activities for children and adults close by. From the Buttes-Chaumont Park with its sunny alleys, beautiful lake, ducks and swans, walking by the St. Martin channel up to the vast la Villette Park where you will discover in each corner a small world - the plants garden, children playgrounds, “the Geode” - the scientific cinema room, “the Grandes Halles” - exhibitions and spectacles, “the Zenith” - the show room of the hit musicians, the vast lawns where every summer are projected on Sundays “the free cinema” and free spectacles as well as the Cite des Sciences, the science museum of Paris with its exhibitions all year long.

In addition to that, the apartment is equipped with another set of cutlery and necessary utensils to allow you to spend a pure Kosher vacation. There are a few synagogues in the neighbourhood and many Kosher shops: drugstores, bakeries , butcheries and restaurants Kosher.
