La Charme Du Marais is an elegantly furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a large open-style living/ dining space with a full kitchen.

Located on the border of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Arrondissements (Districts), you will have the pleasure of enjoying 3 wonderful neighborhoods of Paris.

This refined apartment combines classical French architectural highlights with modern colors and design. It is large 45 sq meters, in an historic "Haussmannian" building featuring crown molding and wrought-iron wrap-around balconies. The large floor to ceiling windows will bring in the light and fresh air.

BED:

The master bedroom features a high quality double sized bed, 2 night-stand tables, lamps, a closet and dresser for storage. All linens are provided for your comfort.

The living room includes a double-size sofa-bed for 2 more guests, coffee table, TV/ DVD player, and glass dining table.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, a conventional oven, a microwave, toaster, electric coffee-maker, electric kettle, electric stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer for clothing.

A full range of cooking/dining utensils are available for your dining needs.

I respectfully disagree about your comments about the restaurants in this neighborhood, the apartment is a few blocks from Rue Montorgueil, one of the best market streets in Paris, with some of the best cafes and restaurants. Perhaps you did not make it to this wonderful street. It is also a few blocks from some of our highly recommended restaurants in our guidebook. This is a very authentic area of Paris, we encourage our guests to try the recommendations in our apartment guidebook for some of the best experiences nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
