MINIMUM STAY: We have a 1 week (7 nights) rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for 1 full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings, for last minute requests and for the low season.

On this quaint narrow street in the heart of the Saint Germain arts district, set back on a typical Parisian courtyard, this tranquil and secluded first floor apartment oozes charm. With polished wooden floors and four big windows overlooking the courtyard, the apartment is gently lit and has a soft and inviting ambiance. The living room has an attractive ornamental fireplace, a generous and comfortable sofa which folds down to make a double bed, elegant table and chairs for up to 4 people, and a flat screen wall-mounted television. The fully equipped modern kitchen with glossy handmade black tiles and modern stainless steel appliances has a window opening onto the inner light well, and is separated from the living room by a high bar.

The light bedroom in restful blue and white is beautifully decorated with ample space for the king bed. From the bedroom walk through into your separate dressing room with floor to ceiling hanging and storage for your clothes, shoes and suitcases.

In the luxurious all limestone bathroom, relax in the bath alongside the full width stained glass window. There is also a large separate shower with rain shower head, porcelain hand basin with elegant faucets and a full washing machine and dryer hidden behind custom made cabinets. We supply fluffy towels, bathrobes, liquid soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The toilet is situated off the entrance hall.

The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable, WIFI and a phone for local and international calls. To ensure your comfort, the apartment also has central heating and air conditioning for the summer.

In a truly exceptional location between the Saint-Germain-des-Prés church, famous cafés and the river Seine, this apartment is the ideal base for exploring all of Paris. This completely newly renovated apartment has been furnished and decorated with care and offers you the feeling of an intimate oasis in the heart of the bustling left bank. Perfect for a chic romantic getaway, this spacious and lovely apartment is equally well laid out for a couple travelling with children or three adults looking for an authentic and central Parisian vacation.

Situated in St Germain des Prés on the left bank, this location is the heart of Paris fashion, art galleries, antique shops and traditional authentic market streets. The apartment is just a few minutes from the pedestrian streets of Saint Germain and from the famous "Cafe Flore" and "Les Deux Magots" and very close to the famous "Pont des Arts" bridge across the river Seine. You are surrounded here by some of the best clothing boutiques, patisseries and bakeries, grocers, butchers, cheese and chocolate shops, as well as cafés, bars and fabulous restaurants. From this incredible neighborhood you can walk to most Parisian sites, gardens and museums, and if public transportation is your choice, there are many metro lines and buses that come through the area

Important Notice

The French government has announced they will be banning all AC systems that run on water by October 1st 2025 as it is obviously a huge waste of water and we all have to act on this environmental problem the best we can.

Therefore, as nearly all of our installations are concerned with this new law, We will be stopping the use of such units (to this day they were the only systems we are able to install in old Parisian buildings.) by its legal date. In regards to our guests' comfort, we will provide portable mobile AC units, fans, and air coolers depending on the configurations of the apartment.

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. Regular check in time is at 4 pm but usually you will be able to access before we will organise this with you once we have your arrival time. Please note that if you arrive earlier and the cleaning is still in the process you will be able to leave your luggage and take the keys even if the apartment is still being cleaned. You will be asked to leave the apartment until the end of the cleaning. Check out time is at 10 AM but don't hesitate to check with us if a late check-out is possible
