An exquisite apartment located within Oxenfoord Castle near to the village of Pathhead and near to Dalkeith in Midlothian in Scotland and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Surrounded by stunning views overlooking the 18th century castle woodland with free roaming deer, Housekeeper's Rooms is an exquisite holiday home for families or groups of friends to enjoy. Uniquely base in Oxenford Castle, the property sleeps four in two light filled bedrooms, a master king and a twin. There is a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, diner and lounge. The property has a separate modern family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Outside guests are free to roam the extensive castle grounds and enjoy a game of tennis on one of the on site courts. There is off road parking for two cars located at the front of the castle. The apartment is within a mile from the local pub and shop. Located just 11 miles from Edinburgh, Housekeeper's Rooms is the perfect holiday base for guests to enjoy the Scottish countryside.

The village has a post office, pub, bakery, cafe, drop- in centre and takeaways. Dalkeith is a small town south-east of Edinburgh. Dalkeith is home to a great variety of shops as well as many restaurants and pubs to enjoy.
