Perched high up in the exclusive community of Domaine du Levant, the fabulous La Vie en Rose is one of only 15 private villas. Located in the wonderful Petit Cul de Sac region of St Barts; ideal for discerning holidaymakers looking for privacy and luxury. Enjoying fabulous views of the turquoise ocean, it’s a magnificent villa that offers lots of space.
A stunning contemporary villa, you’ll find that all of the furniture and decoration has been carefully designed with a tasteful direction. Expect superb design, beautiful décor and fine furnishings throughout. One of the largest villas in the area, it’s just a short walk away from the beautiful white-sand beach. Thanks to its westerly-facing position, you’ll find that it’s a particularly sunny choice.
Perfect for either large families or groups of friends, you’ve got five perfectly appointed bedroom suites to choose from; making it especially versatile for you and your guests. Three of your bedrooms are on the main living area of the villa, with the other bedrooms on the parking level. These two bedrooms can also be connected. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning for your comfort. Four of the bedrooms enjoy wonderful ocean views, with the other bedroom having beautiful lush garden vistas.
As for your living area, you’ll find comfy seating and stunning ocean views. Step outside onto your fabulous covered terrace where you’ll find your fabulous heated swimming pool surrounded by comfy loungers. You’ve also got a jacuzzi and a gazebo area; ideal for relaxing in the shade or watching sunsets. If you’re looking to keep your fitness levels up, you’ve also got a fully equipped fitness room. There’s also a fully-fitted kitchen which has all of the mod cons that you’ll need; catering for up to 12 guests.

We have been on island since 2005 and have our own local concierge and representative on island Premium IV St Barts Concierge Services for airport assistance, car rental, boat charter, private chefs, and anything else you can think of.
