Description

The apartment “STALLA” is made out of old stables of the country house with a recent renovation. It consists of a drawing room where it is located a table for eight-ten people, a living room with three- and two-seater sofas, a cooking area with a kitchen, a table for six people and two glass walls overlooking the charming blooming garden, two double rooms (possibility to have two single beds instead of having one double bed) and a bathroom with shower. In the entrance of the sleeping area there is a wardrobe with a washing-machine. In the garden there are a swimming-pool, a playground for children, a grove provided with hammocks and several spaces to eat, rest and play. Wood-oven and barbecue can be used to cook.

“Il Poggetto” is a charming 19th century country house which will strike you enormously. It is an ideal place for a totally relaxing holiday or as a base from which to visit all the fascinating attractions of the area. Il Poggetto is strategically placed regarding all the main communication routes; the traveller can move around easily, using both their own transport and public transport services. There is a regular bus service connecting Il Poggetto to Pisa railway station in about 45 minutes. Other places can be reached by bicycles and for those who are fond of walking or trekking there are many sites to be visited on foot. Crespina is situated in a peaceful area overlooking rolling hills. It's not far from the most famous Tuscan sea resorts and ports where ferries depart for the peninsula's nearby islands, and the major tourist centres of Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. It is an oasis of calm surrounded by the lush green Tuscan countryside, woodlands and areas of breath-taking natural beauty.

“Relaxing countryside vacation”

Nice setting among grapevines, olive pear and cherry trees. Comfortable apartment. Lovely pool. Not far from various attractions in Tuscany. Extremely friendly and considerate owner.
