Description

A modern and luxurious holiday rental located on a working farm just outside of Anstruther in the East Neuk of Fife. Close to St Andrews, there is a large garden with uninterrupted views over the the countryside and towards the sea. Kellie View is all on one level, accessed by an external staircase. There is a bright lounge with separate dining area enjoying views across the fields to Kellie Law. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for a self catering stay. Accommodating up to five guests there are two bedrooms- a twin with en-suite shower room and a family room with a single and double bed. There is a family bathroom.

We do advertise that there is a pet fee, unfortunately we cannot add this to the booking without applying to all bookings even if they are not bringing a pet which is why we ask for it to be left in the property. We did respond to your messages about arrival and all details are available to view on your booking from the day before arrival, however you advised in a text that your email wasn't working which is why you never received them. We had replied that there was no issue with guests staying with you as it didn't exceed the occupancy limit and this had been shared with the owner prior to your arrival. As far as I am aware HL do not take the deposit from our account unless a claim for damage is made. I'm afraid as HL handle all the payments I can't confirm this but it might be worth checking with them. Kind regards

“Exceeded our expectations”

Fantastic holiday home in a beautiful location. The house is very comfortable and spacious. We stayed Friday to Sunday with 4 adults & 1 child. We were in the area for a family wedding & wanted to make a weekend of it. The house has everything you need to make you feel welcome and use as a base. There are lots of lovely restaurants,pubs and cafes near by. We all had a great weekend and will definitely book in the future - it was fantastic value for money. The only down side was lack of towels and poor wifi but apart from that all great

We are aware of the issue with the nests causing some mess on the windows/ledges, unfortunately efforts to prevent the birds nesting in their annual return to the area were unsuccessful and it is illegal for the nests to be disturbed. As soon as the birds have left for the season, the area is restored to its usual condition.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
