Private two-story townhouse located in Lawrenceville, a Pittsburgh neighborhood on the east end recently named by USA Today as one of the 10 greatest places to explore in North America. This one bedroom property was purchased in July, 2011 and was gutted and completely renovated and newly furnished. You have complete run of the property, and it is a full-time dedicated rental property. Full time property manager on call 24/7 to make sure you have everything you need and to address any hiccups that might occur.

House is located on a quiet side street, but less than 100 yards to Butler Street, a busy thoroughfare with shops, restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, all within walking distance. Bus stop less than one block away gets you to downtown or Oakland in under 15 minutes. Children's Hospital is 5 blocks away.

Great for business travelers, tourists, and those with families. Available for shorter or extended stays.

Amenities include:

- fully equipped eat-in kitchen

- living room that seats four with TV w/ local channels & DVD player

- bedroom with queen bed, five-drawer dresser, and closet

- brand new bath and laundry room with dedicated work area

- all towels and linens, toiletries, hair dryer

- free on-street parking (around the corner, about 20 yards away)

- air conditioning unit in living room and also in bedroom (ceiling fan in kitchen)

- great for short stays as well as extended stays

Property has lots of little extras that make you feel more like the friend of a home rather than staying at an impersonal hotel:

- bookcase with games and books

- TV with local channels, DVD player

- welcome kit filled with information about the neighborhood, popular attractions, and recommendations for things to do and see during your stay

This is a non-smoking, pet free facility.

Monthly rates start at $2,000/month.

This is not a fit for travelers:

- who feel uncomfortable using technology on their own (WiFi, keyless entry system, remote control for tv)

- who are accustomed to having onsite staff available 24/7

- who may not like staying in a working class, urban neighborhood.
