I have read your comments carefully which for the staff of condos Petit and for me as Director General are very important to improve any deficiencies and keep our goal clear. Although there is a point where I find that you are right specifically in the lack of notice of the property. On the outside. We always contacted our guests to establish an estimated arrival schedule so that a person who in your case was violet. I welcome and illustrate to you about our services that are not few and the facilities that we give to our guests. Our accommodation has very high ratings on various platforms and creates. We do not buy ratings, we do not even ask the guests to qualify us, we leave it to their discretion. Let me say that for being a alojaniento who also cares about sustentavilidad and the environment. Example of this is our garden that extends from front to bottom of the property and to where they see all the departments of the accommodation only 4 because unlike other structures in the city are only concrete. Here we want the guests to relax and enjoy their stay, we look for their experience to be relaxing and comfortable. That is why every accommodation has its own private terrace with its jacuzzi, its shower or head of bliss as I mistakenly call it a high pressure ecological shower. With a 25-year more expensive guarantee than any Another that you usually find in the market. For us it is bath is funfanental for guests should be cozy, clean in end and with a major shower pressure. We also provide 100% natural toilet amenities made by Yucatan Mayan communities As for you asked to leave your accommodation at 9:00 am I commented that you after checking in sent a communication through Booking.com. Portal where he made Subreserve where he requested to leave his luggage the day after his arrival. Subreserve was for 1 night and you wanted to go to xcaret the next day and leave everything in the apartment until your return. As our policy indicates the check out is at 12:00 hrs. It was answered by the same way which we have perfectly documented that it was not possible to leave the room until you visit Xcaret which takes all day and part of the night as the show ends at 22:00 hrs. But who would gladly we in our office receiving his luggage without schedule, we only asked him to establish a schedule for the delivery of the same. And he was told to send our Housekeeper to tell him if he so wished where our office was. Same as it is 150 meters away and where if there is a bell at the door itself you powered because it was I who attended the 13:00 hours when he went through his luggage instead of the 15:00 hours that was the time indicated by you when leaving them. As you will see we only we to support a request from you no one ever intended to make you leave your accommodation for which you pay until 12:00 hours. I can understand that the lack of understanding with someone of the staff has caused frustration but you through the portal where I reserve had clear policies and a communication tool with management. Our accommodation is not in a secondary street. It is located on a private street, safe 100% is by day that at night. Less than 250 meters from 5 Mt Avenue and with all the services at your fingertips without transportation. Even when you have a persepcion that in my opinion is far from how things were given I invite you to if you ever return to Playa del Carmen. Stay with us again. (free of charge for 3 nights) for one to see more write a comment about our accommodation.
