Condominium Palma Cocos is a beautiful spacious 1000 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo which comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. Elegantly designed modern mexican interior & furnishings create a rich soothing environment built for your vacation pleasure. The building, Las Palmas, is a 3 story, 13 unit condominium that is very quiet and peaceful. The building is located in the new upscale area "Little Italy" in the northern Italian neighborhood of Playa Del Carmen and is 2 1/2 blocks from the gorgeous Mamita's and Kool Beach Clubs. Palma Cocos is only 1/2 block from the famous 5th Avenue with a huge array of fabulous shops and restaurants. There is also a beautiful private rooftop patio with swimming pool, jacuzzi, grill, lounge, dining area and ocean view. We provide complimentary spring water as well as maid service for our guests. Las Palmas is very safe with a keyed gate and onsite 24 hour security.
There is an abundance of great entertainment and activities in Playa Del Carmen from great restaurants, clubs and coffee shops to palapa diners. Shopping is extensive, from economical regional crafts, to clothing, jewelry and art. The core entertainment and shopping area is along the main pedestrian spine of Playa, known as Quinta Avenida or Fifth Avenue. During the day its basking in the tropical sun, by night it is closed off to automobiles and comes alive with energy and excitement. Thursday nights enjoy the art walk on 5th avenue. Activities abound in the area including extensive Mayan ruins, gorgeous eco water parks and world class deep sea diving and snorkeling. Spend the day golfing or pamper yourself at one of the many world-class spas. In addition, each bedroom of Palma Cocos has a flat screen TV and DVD player and we provide an extensive DVD library of over 200 movies. We have books, magazines, games, and yoga equipment. We also provide guidebooks and recommedations for you at Palma Cocos. Additional information on the specific location of these activities can be found in the excellent local guides such as La Quinta.
