Located in the most unique architectural luxury condo building in Playa, this condo is a renter's heaven. Close enough to walk to all attractions. 200 paces in one direction will take you to the white sand of Coco beach while 200 paces in the other direction will have you at 5th Ave, a 1.5 mile long stretch of hip spots: Stores, clubs, bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
Heliko is a gated condominium with 24hr Security, with only 24 units, making it an exclusive, quiet, relaxing choice for the perfect getaway.
An elevator makes it easy to access with luggage and groceries and will also take you to the roof-top pool and hot tub where you will be able to relax on lounge chairs.
The condo is beautifully decorated: Marble floors and bathrooms, granite top kitchen counters, comfortable mattresses, Wi-Fi Internet access, colorful kitchen dishes and utensils.
3 separate air condition units make sure the temperature is always comfortable: One unit in the living room and one in each bedroom.
Bar stools at the kitchen island make the perfect seating for a quick breakfast for 2 while the marble dining table seats 8.
The living room features Italian leather furniture, an L-shaped sofa and a comfortable high-back armchair, as well as a 42” HDTV and a Blu-Ray player.
You’ll also find a guide to attractions and the best dining in Playa.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed while the guest room bed could easily be set-up as a king size or two twin beds (our maids will set the beds up to your specs prior to your arrival).
An additional futon in the guest bedroom could sleep a teenager or 2 children.
The beach features a Beach Club, restaurant & bar, as well as a sea-doo rental and massage tents.
The condo is equipped with 4 beach chairs, a zero-gravity chair and a large beach umbrella which could all be mounted on a large cooler-on-wheels and wheeled to the beach.
