Vacation rental on the beach in Playa del Carmen, Mayan Riviera, Mexico. We have a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, gym, spa, and everything else you would expect at a luxury resort. We even have real Mayan Ruins across the street!Our guest suite includes: Queen Size Bed - Convertible Sleep Sofa - Private Bath - Kitchenette - Refrigerator - Microwave - Toaster Oven - Coffee Maker - Two Burner Hot Plate - Silverware - Dishes - Satellite TV - Free Wifi - Hair Dryer - Iron The floors are all marble, and it has a cathedral ceiling, air conditioning, a safe, linens, and towels for the bath, beach and pool.One window faces the beach and the other window faces the sunset. The views are amazing!Hotel Amenities Include: Beach - Pool - Hot Tub - Lounge Chairs in the Sand - Towels for the beach and pool - Gym with windows facing the ocean - Spa with steam room - Everything else you would expect at a luxury resort. - All included in the price!Enjoy lounging around the pool.Watch the sunrise from the beach side veranda.There are 2 restaurants in our place, both with full bars. One of the bars has a swim up counter in the pool. The lobby restaurant also serves a breakfast buffet in the mornings. Both restaurants serve food and beverages poolside and on the beach. About our neighborhood: We are in the middle of Playacar Fase 1, which is a very safe, gated, beach front neighborhood at the south end of Playa del Carmen. Playacar is divided into two phases. We live in Phase 1, which is very small and private in comparison to Phase 2. It is mostly single family houses except for one other condominium and one hotel, both of which are at the entrance to our neighborhood. We are about a 10 minute walk along the beach to 5th Avenue, locally known as La Quinta. There you will find hundreds of restaurants. ( Trip Advisor lists over 650! ) They serve everything from tacos or ceviche to French cuisine. The atmospheres range from sand-in-your-toes to high-end, fine dining, and you can spend as little or as much as you want. If you sit at one of the outdoor restaurants, you may be treated to live music by the strolling Mariachis.Want to: Sky Dive Zip Line Parasail Fish Snorkel Scuba Dive Swim, Snorkel or Dive the Cenotes Ride a Horse on the Beach Tour the Jungle on an ATV Tour the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, Coba or Chichen Itza?. How do damage deposits work?

If Doug (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
