Description
Brand new 2 bed 2 bath 1340 sq ft ground floor condo. This condo is located in the diamond zone of Playa del Carmen in the gated community of El Cielo. The condo has a open floor plan so you are not cut off from the rest of your group if you are in the kitchen or dinning room. The brand new condo(Nov 2013) is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. The Kitchen has a fridge, 6 burner gas stove, oven, cold water dispenser, microwave and yes a dishwasher.
The kitchen also has granite counters with a breakfast bar and all the appliances are stainless steel plus all the utensils and dishes you will need to prepare and serve any meals you choose too.
The dinning room has seating for 6 at the beautiful table and chairs. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer which means you do not have to pack a huge suitcase. The living room has a large section couch which is a perfect place to watch the large TV or maybe a movie in the DVD player. The living room has a ceiling fan and a remotely controlled AC unit. The Master bed has a King bed and a huge walk-in closet, with large built in closets and drawers to store all your clothes also with attached shower and separate toilet and with a door that separates the bed area, it creates a huge dressing area. The safe in the closet will keep your valuables safe and secure. The master also has a ceiling fan over the bed and AC unit with remote control. The second bedroom has a Queen bed which has a pull out Queen underneath. The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan and remote AC unit. There is a huge closet with built in drawers and access to the main bath which acts like an en suite, with toilet shower and sink . The patio has hammock hooks ( we supply the hammock) and chairs for your enjoyment either way you can enjoy the outdoor ceiling fan to keep you cool. About 8 steps from the patio is the complex pool with lap lane and Palapa for shade. The complex also includes a Gym and a rooftop solarium with beautiful views and a Jacuzzi tub for the complex to share. With only 17 units the complex is not a busy place. El Cielo is located approx. 3kms north of down town Playa or about a 5-10 min car ride and about a 20-25 min walk to the beach. It is the perfect home base away from all the hustle and bustle of down town and is a great escape and a place to really relax. FOR WEEKLY RENTALS WE INCLUDE 150 KWS OF ELECTRICITY,any overages above this is the renters responsibility. We do this to encourage renters to turn off the AC units while away from the condo. Also our complex is a quiet one and quiet time is from 10:30 pm until 8:00 am these rules are strictly enforced.
