Escape is a brand new condo in Playa del Carmen’s trendiest new area (Zazil-ha/Little Italy). The location cannot be beat! You get the serenity of the sea and the nightlife of 5th Avenue all within easy walking distance. It is just 2 short blocks from the beach where you can find many amazing beach clubs (Mamitas, Kool, Canibal Royal). It is also only 2 blocks from 5th Avenue where you will find great dining options, bars, and shopping. Latitud 20 is a unique project with only 20 luxury condos. The architectural design is modern with green areas, open spaces, high ceilings and first-class finishes. Building is gated offering privacy and security. Amenities include parking, elevator, BBQ grill, and two pools. The first pool is on the ground floor and offers a tranquil setting. The second pool is on the rooftop and offers amazing views of the Caribbean Ocean. This is hands-down one of the best rooftops in all of Playa! The rooftop also has plentiful seating for sunbathing, relaxing in the shade, or dining al fresco.
No expense has been spared equipping and decorating this condo for all of your vacation needs. Marble floors run throughout the condo. WIFI is available in all rooms. There are three air conditioning units and ceiling fans, one in each bedroom and in the open concept kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and even a wine refrigerator. The dining room offers seating for 6 with 3 additional spots at the kitchen peninsula. The living room features a couch with a comfortable chaise lounge for watching the 50” flat screen TV equipped with Sky® Satellite television and a Sony Playstation 3®. Both bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds and ample closet space. The master bedroom has a 42” flat screen TV with Sky® Satellite television and a DVD player. It also includes a private ensuite. Both bathrooms have rain shower heads and floor-to-ceiling marble walls.

“Excellent choice!”
