Description

Quiet and luminous apartment with only a few neighbours in the same building.
I love to start the day at the Yoga studio, with it's healthy restaurant and regenerating fresh juices, then enjoy a heavenly lunch at the first floor terrace of Canibal Royal Beach Club to get charmed every time again by the view and the refreshing breeze. After a delicious siesta in the hammock on the balcony, get ready for the night just a few steps outside our doorstep where you will discover the best French, Italian, Argentinian and Mexican 'haute cuisine'. To complete a perfect day, the wind might be just right to carry the sound of the waves through the bedroom window to conduct your dreams.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with king size and one with queen size bed. One bathroom and one extra toilet with sink.
The bedrooms have both airconditioning and ceiling fans. The open kitchen and living room have ceiling fans and a delicious sea breeze.
From 4pm until 7am there is a guard.

The pool is shared with the other residents and is suited to get a refreshing dip, not for pool parties.

Only a 100 steps to:
the Yoga studio;
the best regenerating fresh juices;
the most wonderful beach of the planet and a fancy beach club;
the cosy heart of Playa on the 5th avenue and the best tiramisu I have tried ever...
Very safe, quiet and centrally located at the same time

From the airport there is a bus shuttle to Playa del Carmen, called ADO who leaves +/- every 30 min and costs $156 MXN.
From the bus station to the apartment a cab will charge around $7 USD ($70MXN).
To get around town a cab will charge $2-3 USD (25-35MXN).

House Rules:
• This is a small apartment building in a quiet neighbourhood so we all respect and know each other. If you are looking for a place to stay during a party-vacation this is not the place to be.
Between 10 pm and 8 am disturbing noise, loud music, etc are prohibited. IF you do not respect the rule, you'll be invited to leave the property with no refunds.
• No smoking. I am allergic, please respect my lungs :)
a 250$ fee will be charged in case of smoking in the apartment
• Regular electricity usage is included up to 10 kw per day; this covers more than regular use. However, if you exceed this amount, you will have to pay the difference, e.g. if you leave your air conditioner and lights on all day.
• Neither I nor the owner of the property shall be responsable for any accidents or injuries to guests before, during or after occupancy. The owner of the property or me are not responsable for theft, lost or stolen items, or items left after occupancy.
