One of the main highlights of this gem is the spacious private terrace with travertine flooring, which is partially covered to offer guests both sun & shade. The patio is furnished with lounging furniture, tropical potted plants, table & chairs to dine alfresco & enjoy those soothing ocean & pool views!

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean receives sargassum, (a form of algae) in the water & onto the beaches. We cannot predict when it may occur or if it'll disrupt beaches & swimming. It can be unpleasant. The government has placed barriers in the ocean to help reduce its impact on the area. The city also is proactive in typically clearing the beaches when necessary. We urge guests to do their own research on this subject prior to a stay in Mexico.
*We cannot control beach conditions of any kind; erosion etc.
