Description
This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 Bath home is located next door to the Reef Club in Playacar, with direct beach access at the end of the street. The entire house has white marble flooring, including the 900 sq ft roof top with a small plunge pool and glimpse of the ocean and Cozumel. There is also a new private splash pool on the living area patio. All modern amenities including, satellite televisions in living room and all bedrooms, wireless internet and a kitchen with everything!
Twenty five steps directly behind the villa is a common area with a beautiful pool, palapa, and tennis court, which are available to you and only several other houses.
All this and only a ten minute walk to downtown Playa Del Carmen and a golf course with entrance across the street.
