With regards to the main living room AC it is very weird... to be honest we don't have any reports of any failures. Did you reported it? It is true that this area cannot get very cold, specially during summer months because of the high ceilings as you recall. But it is in well working condition and we'll make sure to prove it to you whenever you come back ;) Thanks anyway for the comment! Have a wonderful day! P.S.
