Description
This 2 story 3 bedroom villa is located 2 blocks south of the Cozumel ferry pier . It is steps from the large pool and across the street from a beach of pure and soft white sand and turquoise blue waters. The beach is large and quiet (no restaurants, loud music or bars). It is in a gated community with its own security force but just 2 blocks from fifth avenue on the south side of Playa del Carmen. The villa has wrap around balconies with a hammock, and it is in traditional Mexican style. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, gas stove, refrigerator, pot and pans, dinnerware, plates, glasses, and shot glasses for your tequila. It also has its own linens and towels as well as beach chairs and toys for the children. In addition, there is free Wi-Fi and satellite television with a dvd player. There is a management team that will help you with your needs including providing napkins, toilet paper, paper towels and purified water in addition to a maid for you use . Maid service before and after a visit is included as is one visit in the middle of a stay for a week or more.
