Enjoy luxury living while recreating and relaxing on Flathead Lake. This beautiful home has 6 bedrooms, a bunk area, and an alcove for sleeping, 5 full bathrooms, 2 - ½ baths, laundry room, and 3 fireplaces (winter only). There are many extras that help make this a recreational/wedding/reunion paradise.

Some additional features are: Beautiful landscaped property with 126 feet of lake frontage, a fire pit, white sand horseshoe pits, 115 foot private dock with shore station and cleats for 3 additional boats. Over 1 acre of manicured grass and plenty of room for parking or play, suitable for visiting campers or RVers complete with water and sewer hookup.

This beautiful 6 year old home at Glenn’s Cove on Polson Bay enjoys spectacular views of the Mission Mountains across Polson Bay to the east. Wildlife abounds with the ever present bald eagles, osprey, swans, geese, ducks, pheasant and deer.

The home has both central heat to keep things toasty in the winter and air-conditioning for those 90+ degree days of summer.

The Master level is comprised of the Master Bedroom Suite and occupies the entire uppermost level. It includes a queen bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet and jetted tub. Two large sliding glass doors open onto a spacious private deck looking out over the lake.

Gathering level includes: Large gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook with seating for 4; a dining room with seating for 8 with pass-through to the kitchen; living room with wet bar and gas fireplace; 1 - 1 bedroom suite with its own private bath, 1-2 bedroom suite with its own private bath with jetted tub; ½ bath, washer and dryer and an expansive deck that extends the length of the house and is accessible by 4 large glass sliding doors. The deck includes a large stainless steel BBQ/rotisserie for premium outdoor cooking.

The Entertainment level opens to daylight and a large patio with hot tub. This floor has 2 -1 bedroom suites each with its own bathroom. This level also features a ½ bath. There is a large sports bar with 2 TVs and karaoke machine and a Connelly tournament 9 foot pool table for the “sharks” in your group. The theater area includes an overhead projection movie room with an 8-foot wide screen and surround sound for that theater effect. An adjacent bonus room has a bunk bed (1 single, 1 double) and a twin bed. An alcove off the theater area has a queen hide a bed.

For the sportsman, access Flathead Lake directly from this property for duck and goose hunting, and for fishing. Pheasant hunting and sporting clays are close by.

For the skiers: Big Mountain in Whitefish or Snow Bowl in Missoula are each about an hour and a half from Polson. Blacktail Ski Resort in Lakeside is about ¾ of an hour away.

For the golfer, Polson Country Club offers 27 beautifully maintained holes. A short 15 minute drive south will take you to Pablo’s Silver Fox golf course, or for a 25 min drive you can play at the Mission Mountain Country Club in Ronan.

This lakefront setting is ideal for outdoor weddings and honeymoons. The property can easily accommodate a large group of guests out of doors. (So far 7 beautiful weddings and a lovely Christening have been held here).
