Magnificent outdoor space too, with manicured gardens, a well designed and placed BBQ, and with the option of several seating and dinning corners to enjoy the views in privacy!
Kalathas sandy beach is located less than 2kms distance. Chania old town with its cosmopolitan Venetian Harbour is located just a short drive away ( 7 kms). The small town of Kounoupidiana caters for all needs, with three large supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and petrol stations, cafes and tabernas, fresh fish shops.
Marathi, Loutraki, Stavros and Tersanas, are some of the other nearby sandy beaches, reached by car, in distance from 3 to 7 kms.

“Spacious, modern and well equipped with great indoor and outdoor space in a quiet and scenic location”
Would advise a vehicle is essential. Villa is beautiful and Ariadne the Manager is excellent and very helpful. Location is great, being a few kilometers outside Chania town with options of local super markets and great Tavernas on your door step. Visit the local bays as they all tend to have beaches and sheltered bathing / snorkeling in very clear water. Great BBQ area with both gas and charcoal options plus good worktops, sing and evening lighting. Ample seating for 10 around a massive olive wood table. The villa offer many spaces to socialise or have separate groups. Outdoor music speakers, loads of quality outdoor furniture and a nice hammock!
