The house is superbly suited for family holidays or occasions be it wedding parties or to celebrate a special birthday. The house is full of character and beautifully finished to ensure an enjoyable holiday whether for a short break or longer and is a superb base for a family holiday and ideal touring location. . PET FRIENDLY home.

“WOW!!”
We booked Telford Manor as part of my wedding plans. We were onto about Plan D by this point because of Covid restrictions. I let Christine know that we had booked for after my wedding at Gretna Green and we'd be having a BBQ and a small party with our guests. The lengths Chris and Tom went to to ensure that we had a really wonderful time was unbelievable! They had decorated the dining room, made a wedding cake, left lots of goodies and purchased gazebos for the BBQ in case it rained. It was such a lovely surprise. The house is perfect for a family stay. Loads of room and plentiful facilities. It was beautifully clean when we arrived. We had such a memorable weekend at Telford Manor. I would recommend it to anyone. As an aside, not in any way a criticism, but if you use a baby monitor, the walls are so thick the signal does not travel very far. We thankfully picked rooms wisely so our baby was on the same floor as the main lounge and kitchen. But the signal would not have reached the cot upstairs!

“Amazing Place to stay”
This is our 2nd visit in 2 years both times we have had a full house of 26 guests aged from 3 - 65years. Everyone can enjoy this house, it literally has everything and more. 2 kitchens, 2 lounges a disco room and plenty of amenities. Check-in and check-out are easy, the owners are amazing Chris and Thomas very welcoming & their welcome package is so generous lot's of goodies on arrival from wine, cakes, snacks to treats for the kids. I can't wait to come back, we are already planning our next stay here! Why would you go anywhere else when this house has everything you need. Also a walk or drive into Moffatt is a must, beautiful little town with lots of shops, cafe's and pubs. Perfect for a day out.

“EXCELLENT!!!”
I cannot recommend this stunning place any higher. From start to finish the hosts were fantastic and put lots of special touches in the house to make our stay even more perfect. We booked this for 11 adults and 1 child for my Dads 60th. There is so much space and house immaculate. Chris put out a buetuful cake for my dad and candles saying 60 as well as setting the table for our arrival. The welcome pack was second to none! in fact we have never had a welcome like it. My whole family was blown away with this place and the hospitality we received. 2 nights was not long enough and we hope to return again in the future. The house is a true home from home and has everything you need for a perfect stay. If your looking for an amazing venue for a special occasion then please dont look anywhere else and book this incredible place with lovely people to book with.
