Confortevole appartamento (110 m2) in una villetta costituita negli anni '70 situata nelle colline del Chianti, a circa 3 km da Poggibonsi, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena. Le più belle località del Chianti come Castellina e Radda in Chianti o il borgo di San Gimignano con le sue famose torri sono raggiungibili in mezzora di macchina. La zona intorno alla casa è ricca di boschi di querce, cipressi e vigneti. La posizione è eccezionale e lo sguardo spazia per chilometri di verde con incantevoli antiche torri, fattorie e pievi. Il proprietario abita nell'altro appartamento al primo piano e condivide con i clienti un grande giardino recintato a prato naturale attrezzato con giochi per bambini ed il parcheggio. Ad esclusivo uso degli ospiti sono invece la piscina (13x7 prof. 1,2-2,4 m)(apertura 01/05 chiusura 15/10) illuminata e riscaldata con pannelli solari e con doccia, la vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi (per 5 posti)(apertura 01/05 chiusura 15/10), il gazebo attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per pranzi all'aperto e il barbecue in muratura. Inclusi nel prezzo lettino baby e connessione internet wi-fi anche a bordo piscina. Riscaldamento centrale. Parcheggio nella proprietà. A BORDO PISCINA E NELLA ZONA RELAX CI SONO DUE DISTINTI IMPIANTI STEREO HI-FI DOVE E' POSSIBILE ASCOLTARE LA PROPRIA MUSICA PREFERITA CONNETTENDO LO SMARTPHONE OD ALTRO DISPOSITIVO.
INTERNI: Piano seminterrato con altezza 2,5 m a cui si accede scendendo 8 scalini: soggiorno con camino e forno a legna con cucina (forno, freezer, lavastoviglie), 1 largo disimpegno con due divani letto doppi ed 1 letto, 2 camere doppie, 2 bagni con doccia. Tutte le finestre sono alte.
DISTANZE: 3 km Poggibonsi (negozi di ogni genere), 13 KM Castellina in Chianti, 16 km San Gimignano, 38 km Siena, 45 km Firenze.
