The Honeyholm is a 400 year old cottage nesting in the Strathendrick valley adjacent to the Loch lomond and Trossachs National Park. located in a beautiful riverside setting with stunning views across open fields to the Dumgoyne hills and the Campsies.
Just one mile from the historic village of Balfron the cottage is perfectly situated for access to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National park as well as the historic seats of Stirling , Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The Honeyholm has been newly renovated to a superb standard ;please come and relax in style. A gem of a cottage, which will provide a super base for outdoor pursuits or city visits.Perfect for families with a play garden and great for parties with open plan living with wood burning stove and great catering kitchen.

The Honeyholm has one downstairs and two upstairs bedrooms. All have en-suite facilities with the Master suite having a full luxury bathroom with Paris balcony overlooking our gardens.
The downstairs bedroom has beautiful views of the hills and gardens. A double bed and en-suite facilities. This large shower room has easy access low level power shower with grab rails and a shower chair for clients with mobility problems.
The second bedroom has full sized twin beds. A walk in window has stunning views. An en-suite shower room provides comfort and style.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with again a walk in window with a similar view. A spacious
en-suite bathroom has bath with separate power shower and French windows opening onto a paris balcony. Spoil yourself with a little bit of hotel luxury.
The Honeyholm downstairs has a large dining kitchen with stone floors and French windows onto our rear courtyard. The kitchen has a large electric range cooker and everything for relaxing and eating in if you choose to do so. Maybe you will catch your own dinner in the River Endrick at the bottom of the garden !!
The original stone wall of the property separates the kitchen from the large living area. A wood burning stove gives you heat and complements the natural oak flooring and slate hearth.
To the front there is a full height window with French doors opens onto your patio. With stunning views over gardens and to the hills please relax and eat outdoors surrounded by the beauty of Scotland.

The Honeyholm nestles beside the river Endrick in open countryside. There are extensive gardens back and front with lawn, planted beds and trees making it a great place to relax.
There are herb and vegetable beds as well as fresh eggs available. Children will love exploring the gardens with atree house and swing set and trampoline to burn off some energy.

“Lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings”
My husband, sister and I have just returned from a 4 day stay at Honeyholm Cottage over the New Year period. Ian is a lovely host who goes out of his way to help you in anyway he can. The cottage is spacious and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The hot tub is an added bonus. The views are amazing with lots of nice walks

To clarify there was additional cutlery and crockery put in the cottage for the duration of the stay due to there being a family dinner (13 people) taking place. Table mats and cloths are within the kitchen cupboards, sorry you couldn't locate them.The gardens are shared and available for guests to use.Thanks again for leaving a review and staying at The Honeyholm
